At TEAMM8, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached; please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned if the packaging is opened.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
